Furnished Apartments rates are dependent on Package, location, length of stay etc. Please contact us for rates that fit your travel needs.

How do I connect to WiFi?
Locate the network SSID and enter the case sensitive password found on the instruction document on the desk in your apartment.
If you are having complications connecting, unplug both the wireless router and modem (the box connected to the router), then reconnect both and wait for 5 minutes. If WiFi networks are unavailable, ensure that your computer has all wireless settings enabled. If this problem persists, contact your computer’s manufacturer for further information. Should you require further assistance with any electronics in your apartment, please contact us.

How do I use the television and the DVD player?
Using the Television:
Remote Instructions- Use the labeled TV Remote to power on/off, adjust volume and view TV. Change channels by using the labeled Cable Remote.
Using the DVD Player:
Power on the TV using the labeled TV Remote and insert a DVD into the player. Locate the “input” or “source” button on the TV Remote and press consecutively until the DVD picture is viewable. Return back to view TV channels by pressing the “input” or “source” button and selecting “HDMI” 1, 2 or 3 input until picture appears.

Our apartments are located in residential neighborhoods close to business and commercial districts. Whether you desire proximity to work, school, shopping, entertainment, or public transportation, we have apartments that will suit your needs.

What is the difference between a Furnished Apartment and a hotel?
A hotel room provides little more than a bed and bath. Furnished Apartments offer fully equipped private apartments in residential buildings. Residents can prepare their own meals and enjoy plenty of space to relax after a fast-paced day.

What are the cost advantages of staying with Furnished Apartments versus a hotel?
There are several significant cost advantages. On average our rates are up to 50% less than those of upscale hotels. There is more space and privacy, so residents can entertain or hold meetings without renting a separate room—and with a full kitchen, residents have the option to cook their own meals.

Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, there are laundry facilities in all of our buildings—many are inside the apartments themselves.

Is there housekeeping service?
Housekeeping is provided twice a week. Every monday full housekeeping services will be provided, but every Thursday only partial housekeeping service will be provided. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged during your stay.

Are utilities included in the apartment rent?
All apartment rentals include utilities like gas, electric, water & sewer, etc. Also we have an optional technology package to include internet, international telephone calls, and basic cable, etc.

How do you charge for long distance calls?
If you opt our technology package, there will not be any additional charge for long distance calls. Unlimited long distance call are included in the technology package.

Are pets allowed?
In most buildings, yes. However, there is a non-refundable cleaning fee, and some limitations on weight and breed. Arrangements need to be made at the time of the booking.

What time is move in/out?
We prefer move in & move outs on pre appoint basis. This will be coordinated at the time of reservation through our group email manager@r3uniq.com.

How may I pay for my reservation?
We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, cashier’s checks, and wire transfers.
